Who doesn’t like meatballs. And sure it’s easy just to pick up a frozen bag at the grocery, it’s pretty easy to make your own too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Meat
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed pork rinds (use crushed pork rinds for a gluten free meatball)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  • Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and combine until well mixed.
  • Form balls using a 1/3 cup scoop and/or your hands - they should be loosely shaped but in a ball form - don't pack them.
  • Place in the muffin tins. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
