Red Bell Peppers
sliced and deseeded

olive oil

garlic cloves

onion
diced and sliced

crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Combine oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, pepper, and salt in small bowl.
Add chicken, peppers, and onion to crock pot. Pour oil mixture over chicken and vegetables.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Shortly before serving, remove chicken from crock pot. Shred and return to crock pot. Stir chicken, vegetables, and juices.
