1/2 - 1lbs.carrots or baby carrotspeeled and sliced into 1/2" slices
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Place meat in roasting pan and shape into a loaf.
Bake for an hour. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Optional Sides
After cooking for 30 minutes, add potatoes and carrots to pan. Continue roasting for an additional 30 minutes.
