This is the life I lead now, but I haven’t always. Once upon a time I was generally healthy, but overweight. Actually, I wasn’t just overweight, I was officially obese. While I did not have any issues associated with carrying extra pounds, I was young, and realized at some point, my weight would catch up with me. I then went on a journey to transform my body. I only have one, and I want it to last! I joined Weight Watchers which helped me lose over 50 pounds and keep it off!

And along the way – I learned to cook!
