What is clean eating?  It’s focused on whole food that nourish our bodies.  The Clean Eating Meal Plan is full of recipes that will fill up your stomach with meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats.

Many of these recipes are inspired by my experience doing the Whole 30 elimination diet, and now I’ve adapted my recipes for a perfect paleo meal plan.  This means the recipes lack the processed foods and sugary items and encourages whole, fresh, and healthy foods.  Recipes in this meal plan are free of gluten, dairy, soy and other legumes, making it a great choice of people struggling with food sensitivities (but remember – always read your labels, and if you are really concerned talk to a doctor).

This meal plan includes seven dinners to help you clean your plate, in more ways than one!  Meals are large enough to provide leftovers for breakfasts and lunches.

Clean Eating Meal Plan for this week:

Meatloaf and Roasted Vegetables – my mother’s meatloaf, cleaned up and served with sweet roasted vegetables.

“Pizza” Veggie Frittata – no carbs, no problem with a pizza inspired frittata.

Chicken Fajitas – chicken and vegetables, seasoned with Mexican flavors for an easy dinner.

Pork, Pineapple, and Snow Pea Stir Fry –sweeten this stir fry with a bit of fresh fruit

Sweet Potato and Egg Skillet – potatoes and greens topped with eggs – all in one pot!

Fish with Mango –sweet mango cooked with white fish, served with creamy coconut mango rice

BBQ Chicken and Vegetables – Rich BBQ flavored dinner, no grill needed.
