Pad is made of food grade silicone, which means it’s non-stick! Non-stick design makes it so much easier to work with your dough, and even easier to clean up.
Just roll out your dough over the center and use any of the variety of circles on the mat to help guide you to nice even, round crusts. Not making a circle? That’s not all the pad can do – rulers on the mat also help for making nice even slices of your dough (I’m thinking biscotti here!).
Silicone Pastry Crust Non-Stick Mats are available in three sizes, small, medium, and large. Sizes are approximate.
