Ingredients

avocado
peeler, pitted, and diced

sweet onion
chopped

green bell pepper
chopped

cherry tomatoes
halved or quartered

fresh cilantro

lime
juiced
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine avocados, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cilantro and lime juice.
Gently toss until evenly coated
Season with salt and pepper
